About this Event
Heart Health Month is an opportunity to look deeper than symptoms.
Your heart does more than beat.
It adapts.
Every moment your nervous system shifts between effort and recovery, activation and rest. Heart Rate Variability measures how well that shift is happening.
When variability is higher, your system is more resilient.
When variability is lower, it can reflect stored stress and reduced recovery capacity.
In honor of Heart Health Month, Cheshire Wellness Center is offering complimentary Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Stress and Resilience Screenings open to the public throughout February.
This is a 20 minute educational visit completed with a trained clinical team member.
During your screening you will:
• Receive a non invasive 3 minute HRV scan
• Review your personal results
• Learn what sympathetic and parasympathetic balance means
• Take home educational handouts
• Gain clarity about how your body is adapting to stress and learn how to imporve it
This is not a doctor visit.
If you later decide you would like a full evaluation with one of the doctors, that option is always available. There is no obligation.
Research Supporting NetworkSpinal care at Cheshire Wellness Center and HRV:
Peer reviewed research examining individuals receiving NetworkSpinal care demonstrated statistically significant improvements in HRV over a 90 day period, particularly in individuals with lower baseline HRV scores.
Heart Rate Variability is widely recognized as an objective measure of autonomic nervous system function and cardiovascular adaptability.
This screening is offered as a community initiative in honor of Heart Health Month.
