Welcome to our 6th Annual Anniversary & Heart Health Month Celebration at the Antelope Valley Wellness Community!
Join us for a fun, engaging, and heart-centered week as we celebrate Heart Health Month with daily wellness activities designed to support your physical, emotional, and social well-being. Each day of the week features a unique theme with interactive classes, movement, education, and creative activities for the entire community.
Come learn simple, enjoyable ways to care for your heart while connecting with others in a welcoming wellness space.
