Join Linda from Central Hastings Family Health Team in an educational presentation on heart health, focusing on hypertension, also known as high blood pressure, its risks and simple ways to help prevent and manage it. There will be a free blood pressure clinic where you can have your blood pressure checked and learn helpful tips for maintaining a healthy heart. Lunch will be served following the presentation.
