Heart Healing Evening

Welcome to the Heart Healing Evening in the Charmed Courtyard! Join us on Sat Jun 29 2024 at 6:00 PM for a night of relaxation and rejuvenation. This event is designed to help you unwind and heal your heart from any stress or negativity. Come and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, soothing music, and guided meditation to help you find inner peace. Let go of your worries and allow yourself to be fully present in the moment. Take this time to focus on yourself and your well-being.

This will be a memorable evening in the courtyard of Charmed Metaphysical Store on Shem Creek.

Since we are in the Summer months, this healing session will play on that.

In the heat of the summer, we are supposed to balance ourselves by cooling our minds and bodies, as well as working on our compassion and empathy. Since compassion and empathy comes from the heart chakra, that is what we will focus on.

We will start the evening with a cooling mint drink and getting to know one another.

Then Sean Doeing, an energy healer, will come around and open, activate, and excite the energy in and around you.

We will then begin the yoga class, taught by Twisted Yoga's, Amanda Hardwick, by centering ourselves and focusing on our heart chakra's intention. This yoga class will have almost no strength training in it. We will focus on stretching to open the muscles around the heart chakra while we are also working on opening, cleansing, balancing, and activating the heart chakra.

Susan Kraber will end the evening with light healing and sealing the session. While you wait to see Susan, we will offer a Fizza to everyone. Fizza is a local delicious Kambucha and can be either alcoholic or non alcoholic. You will also get a cooling Cucumber bite and a journal to write what you felt and experienced during this healing session.

The whole event should end as the sun is setting and we can return to our homes with newly reset and recharged hearts.

This healing session is $40/person. There are only 15 tickets available, so you need to get them while you can. You will also have the opportunity to shop or look around the Charmed Store and to hear more about how Sean and Susan heal.
