This Heart-Centered Sound Bath Meditation offers a unique opportunity to support your heart health through the power of sound and vibration, leaving you feeling refreshed, balanced, and deeply connected to your inner self.
Our time together will include an introduction to the HeartMath Institute's work with heart coherence and heart resilience. Through 40 years of research HeartMath has demonstrated the importance of heart rate variability, and discovered simple mind-body practices to improve the health of your heart--and all of you!
