Join Alys & Octavia in experiencing an intimate women's breath work and cacao circle at 42 acres in the beautiful yurt.
Working with the season of winter; exploring the notion of hibernation, grounding and releasing what no longer is needed with us in 2025.
The practices used will be heart focused - from the intention setting / journaling exercises - Breathwork - to the cacao and held sharing circle at the end.
What to bring:
We have mats and blankets at the studio, but if you want extra please bring your own.
Paper and pen for intention setting I recommend wearing comfortable clothes
