A day retreat exploring the quality of kindness - of warmth and friendliness to yourself and others - in your body and in your dance. Learn to deeply resource yourself through meditation and movement to embody and cultivate kindness in your life. We can explore and get curious about how movement informs stillness and how the stillness infuses our dance. Each practice is a meditation and we’ll be growing our receptivity to listen, to shape and to be with unfolding experience - present in our breathing bodies and with a kind heart.
Each day will include guided movement and meditation, time to follow your own dance, to rest and to connect with others, all held within the forests and hills of beautiful central Scotland. You are welcome to attend one or both days.
