February’s Heart-Centered Sound Bath will be a unique meditative journey harmonizing your mind, body, and soul using the power of sound. Each note of the instruments resonates with love and compassion, inviting you to explore the depths of your heart, foster self-acceptance, and enhance emotional well-being. Join us for this enchanting Heart-Centered Sound Bath, where you can let go of what no longer serves you, embrace your authentic self, and reconnect with the love residing within you. The debut of the crystal harp and meditation flow chime will help immerse you in loving sound waves. All are welcome—no prior experience is necessary, just a willingness to be present and receptive.
This immersive sound bath experience will include gong, Tibetan bowls, singing crystal bowls, crystal pyramid, and chimes. This event will be the debut of new instruments: a crystal harp and a meditation flow chime that will be played while walking among attendees.
Comfort is paramount to your experience. Please bring what will aid in your comfort: camping mattress / sleeping bag / pillow / blanket / water / etc. The more comfortable you are, the better!
Doors will open at 3:45 and close at 4:00. There is a small parking lot as well as street parking available.
