The Higher Heart CommuniTEA is hosting an inspiring evening designed for heart-centered individuals and their tribe.
2025 is potentially a year of big changes and challenges. We’ve become familiar with dealing with uncertainty in the last few years, but over time it can be energetically taxing at all levels - mind, body & soul.
Gathering as a group in person - eating, chatting, relaxing and dancing together, is nourishing. It’s a form of self care. You can also think of it as “community care”.
We’re all connected.

Minors are permitted to attend as long as they’re accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Children 12 & under are free

*Note - The Biz Bash event is set up like a class on my booking system. Select the date and time and pay online to reserve your spot. You will be added to the list of guests.
Your spot is confirmed at time of payment.
No physical ticket is required to attend. Your name will be added to a guest list. The ticket reservation fee is non-refundable.

Do I need to be a small business owner to attend?
Nope! While the Higher Heart CommuniTEA has mostly developed through local artisan/holistic markets...our events & collaborations are growing & evolving.
We celebrate individuals that are following their soul’s path. We also aim to support and spotlight local small businesses with our events. Authenticity, connection and kindness is what we value, and what we will continue to foster in Regina ❤️
Giving back is also important to us. After each Higher Heart CommuniTEA event, a portion of the proceeds is donated to a local charity.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes! Minors can attend this event if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Kids 12 & under can attend for free.
