Welcome to our lovely music and movement group for Mums of babies, toddlers and Mums - to - be.
Our focus is very much of wellbeing and connection. Everyone is welcome.

Session times - Mums of babies and Mums to be - 9.45
Toddlers and mixed ages 10.45/11 ish.
Venue: Hill Street Children's Centre, Hill Street, Stapenhill.
Here are a few things you should know about us:
👉🏼 We are super chilled. There is no minimum attendance, we know sometimes it's hard to get out of the house with little ones, or our group may clash with other appointments or you might just not be feeling it. That's fine. Come when you can, we will always be pleased to see you.
👉🏼 There's no need to book - you can just turn up. But it does help us to keep an idea on numbers if you can (so we can plan how much cake to get in!) The link is below.
👉🏼 This group is generously funded by the National Lottery so you do not need to pay to attend. Donations of any size are welcomed though and will be put towards our ongoing costs. If you have a Staffordshire card, please let us know.
👉🏼 Tea, coffee and snacks are provided at the end
👉🏼Our groups are small and will focus on songs and activities that promote feelings of wellbeing, connection and calm. There will be no loud or overwhelming music or any compulsion to join in if you don't wish to.
