We begin with ceremonial-grade cacao—an ancient, non-psychedelic plant medicine known for its ability to gently open the emotional and spiritual heart. As the cacao works its magic, we’ll invite joyful release through heart-opening laughter, followed by guided meditation and visualization to deepen your connection within.
The experience closes with a gentle sound bath to integrate, soothe, and elevate your energy.

Hydration is important! Both the cacao and salt cave will create a de-hydrating effect, so please come hydrated and have water with you. Also, it is wise to not have coffee prior to the cacao, it may be too stimulating.
