Join us for Heart Awakened, an enchanting evening of candlelit breathwork and sound healing in the spirit of love. Surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight and the delicate beauty of silk rose petals, this experience is crafted to open your heart and nurture your soul.
Through guided breathwork, set to a thoughtfully curated love-themed playlist and intuitive energy healing, you’ll be invited to drop into your heart and feel the love within and around you.
Breathwork offers a portal to an altered state of consciousness that can deepen spiritual connection, open your heart, and lead to powerful breakthroughs. You will have to option for hands-on intuitive energy healing, or you may opt-out.
Following the breathwork journey, the sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, Venus gong, ocean drum, and rain stick will harmonize with your energy, creating a frequency that opens energy channels and connects you to the love within.
Whether you’re celebrating with a beloved partner or calling in deeper love for yourself and others, this evening will immerse you in the frequency of love. The pairing of breathwork and sound will guide you to release, connect, and elevate.
Come as you are, and leave with your heart full and your spirit renewed. This is a night to remember.

This journey will be guided by Tiffany Jade at the Blue Lotus Temple (a private residence in Rincon Valley, Santa Rosa). The address will be provided at the bottom of the confirmation email (please scroll all the way to the bottom of the email to the Custom Notes section).
You will be lying down during this journey. Please bring a yoga mat, sleeping bag, or blanket, and any layers to stay comfortable. You may also wish to bring an eye mask, a journal, and some water.
