Welcome to the magical, meditative world of heart and soul singing. Harmony singing is one of the most immersive activities we can do. It transports us out of our day-to-day stress and into the present moment.For these sessions at Swansea Welling Centre, I aim to choose simple songs that can easily be learned from scratch by ear. No prior singing or musical experience is needed.
Through listening and singing we deepen our connections with ourselves and each other. We synchronise our breath and heartbeats and create healing and harmonious music together.
You don’t need to be in a choir or be a regular or confident singer. If the event calls to you, just book your place and come along. You’ll be made very welcome.
