Step into a space of pure creative expression. Heart & Soul Creative Sessions invite you to ground yourself, connect with your heart, and listen deeply to what needs to be expressed. Through guided meditation, leading into art-making, you’ll explore, play, and create in a relaxed, supportive environment. With curated music guiding your journey, these sessions are designed to help you access your inner world and bring your feelings and ideas to life on the canvas (or any art material of your choice).
Each session will be a shared experience, where we come together to reflect on the creative process, express what we’ve made, and support each other on this journey of self-discovery. No experience required—just bring your openness and willingness to explore the art of self-expression!

Course Experience:
This hour and half experience will start with a grounding practice through breath to get you back into your body, experiencing full presence. The group will be guided on a creative journey through a curated music selection, through instructor’s prompts. A diverse selection of materials will be available to explore, there is no right or wrong in this or a final destination. At the end there will be opportunity for each other to share in their experience in a non-judgmental environment and connect with each other through creativity.
Who Should Attend:
This class is open to all people looking to express themselves through creativity, no artist experience needed. For seasoned artist this can also be a good way to let loose and explore, to break through any blockages. This is not just an art session—this is an invitation to embark on a personal healing journey, where creativity becomes the tool to reconnect with your true self and release the emotional blockages that may be holding you back.
All Materials Provided for exploration through different mediums.
Instructor:
Jill Sans is a painter and owner of The HeArt Box Gallery in downtown Flagstaff. She focuses primarily on paintings of the natural world; from botanical art to mandalic representations. Working with mixed media and handcrafting her own natural inks and pigments from plants. She creates worlds on canvas and reclaimed materials, beauty is the essence of her work, an offering to the world.
