This simple sequence supports longevity by calming the nervous system, improving circulation, and reconnecting you to your body’s natural rhythm. Perfect for all ages and all levels - come as you are and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more alive.
We will close with a 15-minute guided meditation, offering mindfulness tools and takeaways to help you cultivate self-love and move through daily stress with greater ease and clarity.
