Welcome to the Heart & Mind Cafe Series - Brew & Reflect event! Join us at Starbucks on October 8, 2025 at 2:00 PM for a cozy afternoon of coffee and conversation.
Join us for a journey as you begin collecting stamps in your coffee passport. We will begin with a mindful moment as we move to discovering the art of coffee tasting. This will allow you to indulge in using your senses to experience being in the present moment. Particpants will leave with their own journal to continue adding stamps and reflections on your continued journey.
