Being able to translate a "No" into what a person is saying Yes to!
About this Event

In NVC when we learn how to make a request, we are willing to hear “no” as a response. But what happens when someone does say “no”. For some of us we freeze and stop the conversation. However, did you know you “can” continue the conversation after we receive the word “no” to our request and still work towards meeting everyone’s needs?

Come to the next event and find out how…

Participants will walk away with tools to help with:
developing a greater understanding of others, Increased empathy, better vocabulary of feelings and needs, ability to do self-reflection.

Who would benefit from this practice: partners, family members, those who want help connecting with others (friendships), professionals who have trouble working with team members, and team leaders who are trying to make an impact.
