We are going to hike around the Heard Natural Science Museum and Wildlife Sanctuary on Saturday, June 5, 2021 starting at 9 AM CT.The Heard Museum is located in McKinney, Texas very near to Central Expressway and Sam Rayburn Tollroad.
Holga and Snaps will be hiking most of the trails which include steps, inclines, lots of trees, wetlands, animals (birds, bugs, turtles, etc), and sun. Bring only what your can carry for the full hike. And wear comfortable clothes and good shoes. A hat is highly recommended.
The Heard Museum is not adjacent to any cafes or restaurants. Maybe we should all bring a lunch and picnic outside.
The Heard Museum requires an entry fee, but parking is free.
