Join us for an informative talk about establishing and maintaining healthy sleep habits for infants and toddlers. We will discuss the benefits of sleep, the impacts of sleep deprivation, how much sleep is needed, and easy sleep tips. There will also be a Q&A to answer personal sleep questions. Presented by sleep consultant, Alana Metallo.
