About this Event
Join us for an empowering workshop led by Shanda Vaughn, designed to help parents and students develop stronger, healthier relationships. Learn valuable skills for communication, conflict resolution, and building mutual respect that will enhance your connection both at home and beyond. This workshop offers a supportive space for families to grow together, fostering deeper connections and positive change.
Shanda Vaughn is the proud owner of Ms. Shanda’s Ebb & Flow, LLC, a consulting service dedicated to educating, empowering, and encouraging the next generation of AiTs (Adults-in-Training) and those who guide them — all with a healthy dose of unapologetic enthusiasm.
With a master’s degree in Counselor Education/Counselor Psychology, and over 18 years of experience in various roles that span the spectrum of working with AiTs, Ms. Shanda has become a household name in youth development. Currently, Ms. Shanda serves as a Program Manager for a youth apprenticeship, and Youth Program Facilitator, where she creates safe spaces for youth to have authentic and sometimes uncomfortable conversations about healthy relationships in schools, juvenile detention centers, and community-based organizations.
