Each class offers a supportive environment to unwind and recharge, using gentle postures, breathwork, mindfulness, meditative awareness, blissful candlelight and soothing essential oils.

Classes meet once a week and are accessible to all levels-no prior yoga experience is required.
Moira Anderson has 25 years experience teaching yoga full time on the Gulf Coast. She is a Kripalu Certified, Yoga Alliance E-RYT-500 yoga teacher, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and mental health therapist.
Moira has been using yoga professionally with patients, clients, and military personnel, in clinical and medical settings, since 2010 to help ease the symptoms of anxiety, depression, panic disorders and PTSD.
