Healthy lunchbox challenge - can you make your lunchbox as healthy as possible?

We want our members to be the best they can be! This includes being healthy, fit and eating well. With this in mind, we are launching a Gateway Club, Summer 2025, healthy eating challenge!
We all know change is hard so we are going to focus on 3 main areas;
✅ lots of lovely colourful fruit and veg
✅ low sugar - only diet fizzy (or even better squash or water)
✅ lower calorie swas for our favourite treats
