A new talk to get you out of that lunch time rut. Giving you healthy lunch ideas and alternatives to help improve gut health, energy, focus, plus fibre and protein intake.
With tips, tricks and ideas of easy things to do to improve your gut health, whilst giving you yummy sandwich alternatives that nourish the body and keep you fuller for longer and energised, I aim to inspire you with different lunch ideas to mix things up.
I'll also do a cooking demonstration with samples for you to try and recipe card at the end. We'll talk through how to remove ultra processed foods and what to swap them for, making sure it's quick and easy to make and tasty!
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, plus gluten free and dairy free.
Plus you'll get a free gut loving goodie to take home with you.
