Join us as the U of I Extension office guides us through 3 sessions on nutritional classes for healthier living!This is a FREE program for adults. Attendance at all 3 classes is not mandatory but it is encouraged.

All classes will take place in the 1st Floor Meeting Room from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
The following dates and class topics are as follows:
June 13th at 1:30 pm- 3:30 pm Topic: Introduction to MyPlate & Physical Activity
July 11th at 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm Topic: Meal Planning, Grocery Shopping, & Goal Setting
August 8th at 1:30 pm- 3:30 pm Topic Healthy Eating Patterns
