About this Event

This class will cover the pillars of reducing risk of chronic diseases, define prevention and risk reduction, SMART goals set for the entire series, knowing your numbers, and the basics for the rest of the classes. A light lunch will be provided for the in-person class. This class is open to everyone in the community and is FREE.
