It's time for Healthy Kids Day! This year's celebration will take place on Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 9:30am to 12pm. It's open to the public, FREE, and taking place at all the branches of the YMCA of Central New York association.Healthy Kids Day is a national initiative celebrated at Ys across the country to help inspire healthy habits in kids and families.
For over 30 years, Ys have celebrated Healthy Kids Day by hosting a variety of free, community-facing events and activities focused on active physical play, nutrition education, STEM and the arts, and so much more!
