We believe that every child should have the opportunity to lead a healthy life!We're hosting Healthy Kids Day to share resources with our community that promote youth development and healthy living. Join us for a fun-filled day with lots of activities, including local vendors, games, activities, resources, and more!
Get ready for a morning of activities at the Y! This event is open to the community and registration is not required.
We'll have:
- family group X classes
- seed planting activity
- sports demos
- local vendors and partners like:
- Limerick PD
- Valley Forge Martial Arts
When:
Healthy Kids Day will run from 10 AM - 12 PM on Saturday, April 20, 2024.
Family Group X Schedule:
10:00 AM - Family Boot Camp
10:45 AM - Family Yoga
11:30 AM - Family Zumba
Where:
