This empowering event is designed specifically for families like yours, offering expert guidance and practical tools to achieving a healthy heart, body and mind. Our Heart Center experts will discuss strategies for building heart-healthy routines, nutrition tips, family planning, emotional wellness and more. There will be a place for school age children to play games, have fun and get to know each other, and another room for childcare. Children in childcare must be out of diapers.
