Healthy Heart Cooking
Discover how to transform your favorite recipes into heart-healthy versions without sacrificing flavor. In this class, you'll learn recipes with a focus on removing saturated fat and replacing it with more plant-based choices. Learn to use more vegetables and fruits in your meals at home and rely less on animal protein.
This class will be held on March 17 from 6:30-8:00 p.m.
Registration ends March 16.
Instructor Bio
Lizz Hill has been a registered dietitian for 12 years and has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, long term care centers, dialysis centers, diabetes education, catering, and now teaching nutrition at Southern Utah University. She has a passion for cooking most of all and loves to teach others how to make healthy and nutritious meals that taste delicious.

General Classroom is located on 152 S 300 W. There is street parking avaliabe directly East of General Classrom. There is additional parking South East of General Classroom, lots 22 and 23. This course will be held in room 204, which is on the ground level.
