About the workshop facilitator:
Natalie Jurdeczka of Millpond Botanicals is an experienced naturopath and herbal medicine practitioner based in Stonehaven, North East Scotland. With a background in natural health, whole foods, and growing plants, she graduated in 2007 from the Australian College of Natural Therapies.
Natalie's approach combines traditional naturopathic skills with contemporary scientific research, providing insights into the underlying causes of health conditions. She is passionate about connecting people and places with the knowledge and skills they need to advocate for better outcomes in their lives and communities.
