Join us for Happy Hour On the first Tuesday of each month! We created Healthy Girl Happy Hour for women to gather and learn from each other! Since the beginning of time women have been sharing and spreading knowledge, unfortunately were more disconnected now than ever before. Come join us in discussing topics such as female entrepreneurship, holistic health & wellness, Integrative nutrition, functional medicine, lifestyle habits, manifestation / mindset practices & more.
The purpose of HGHH is to emphasize the importance of filling your cup, putting yourself first, and learning new way’s to take care of yourself each month. This is a safe space for open discussion, learning & support!
Frequency: First Tuesday of Every Month 6-7pm
Guest Speaker or Activity: Each month, We’ll invite a guest speaker or organization related to wellness. From sampling exciting new products to connecting with esteemed holistic practitioners in your area, each happy hour offers a unique opportunity to explore and discuss the latest wellness trends circulating.
Additionally, attendees will enjoy exclusive access to special offers and promotions specifically curated to elevate your well-being.
Q&A Session: A time for attendees to ask questions and seek advice on wellness-related topics.
Networking and Mingling: Make friends! Exchange contact information, and build connections with like-minded individuals.
