Healthy Food Made Easy
A fun and FREE course where you will learn to cook healthy meals on a budget.
The course is open to anybody aged 18 or over living in the greater Bray area and focuses on:
🍇Preparing, cooking and tasting healthy recipes
🍏Getting tips on food shopping
🥑Using a relaxed and fun approach
🍐Learning about healthy eating
🍓Planning meals on a budget
Starts Thursday 23rd January, 10am-12.30pm. Continues over 6 Thursday mornings until 27th February
