Healthy Feet, Diabetes and You Event

A program for anyone living with or giving care to someone with type 2 diabetes. This workshop teaches skills needed for daily foot care.

You will learn to:

• Identify factors that lead to diabetic foot ulcers
• Assess the impact of diabetes on the health of your feet
• Appropriate foot exam and care techniques to prevent diabetic foot ulcers
• Make a commitment to change
