About this Event
The Ministry of Health funded Cook'n Kiwi programme is here to provide support and advice to groups in the community about eating healthy on a budget. There are lots of useful tips on healthy food preparation choices and how to cut costs in the most surprising ways, along with lots of useful resources.
Cook'n Kiwi will work with the Orewa Community Garden on the same premises, using vegetables from its raised beds to use in their cooking demonstrations.
Come along to this two-day course if you like to learn how to eat healthy and save costs:
Tuesday, 6 June from 10:30am-12:30pm and Wednesday, 7 June from 10:30am-12:30pm

There will be a small fee of $10 to secure your place. All proceeds will go towards the Orewa Community Garden.
