What to expect from the cooking class:The focus of this class will be on healthier eating for the family and providing the household with easy access to better nutritional foods.
My team and I will prepare dinner, dessert and snacks (and a few more yummy sides), and while we prepare the dishes I will talk you through the nutritional benefits of the ingredients we are using. I will show you how to use difficult ingredient and making them tasty and everyday ingredients. I will also share with you my journey of 23 years of living this kind of lifestyle and the helpful hacks I have learnt over time.
R500 per person
Class includes:
👉Recipe booklet of the evenings dishes
👉Interactive cooking demo with nutritional chef Matthew Ballenden
👉Wine, kombucha, infused water and juice for the evening
👉A full course meal made using the dishes on the recipe booklet menu, enjoyed buffet style after the class with snacks during the class.
👉The class consist of 7-9 Dishes containing functional ingredients which Chef Matthew will be discussing.
👉Dishes include: Sauces and dressings, mains and sides, dessert, baked goods.
All the dishes are vegetarian with vegan options.
