About this Event
This class is specifically geared toward women who are seeking to improve core health and function while building total body fitness. It is ideal for postnatal recovery, and as a vital step toward optimal fitness at any stage (it’s never too late, no matter how old your kids are!). Leah Keller, founder of Every Mother and creator of The Dia Method, will guide you through exercises proven to resolve diastasis recti (abdominal separation) while reducing urinary incontinence and low back pain. In addition to improving core health and function, she will coach you through safe and progressively challenging workouts that strengthen the entire body. If you want to improve core health and function in minutes a day, while improving total body fitness, this class is for you.
Each class includes coaching in deep core muscle engagement and relaxation, which we will build progressively into vigorous total body workouts. The challenge and difficulty will increase each week, but modifications will be available for all fitness levels. Leah will offer to check each participant for diastasis recti (optional) during the first and final class in the series.
