At the Healthy Chakras 2025 workshop you will join Anjel, the owner of Mushroom Moon Yoga. Anjel, a certified yoga instructor, will guide you through clearing your chakras in the new year! In this class you will be doing poses, breath work, and chants associated with each of the 7 chakras. This gentle work will bring balance and clarity to your life on multiple levels. What a wonderful way to begin 2025! Workshop will run from 11:30 am - 2:30 pm on January 4th. Complimentary samosas and tea will be served for lunch, but feel free to bring a bag lunch if you have special dietary needs.
Cost is $50.00. Bring a yoga mat, crystal, blanket, pillow, any yoga props, as well as water. Space is limited to 11 people.
