Griffith University invites you to Healthy & Stronger You, a free community event hosted by the Griffith University Clinical Trial Unit and Griffith Health Clinics to celebrate Musculoskeletal Health Awareness Month.
Discover how to care for your bones, muscles, and joints through a day of movement, learning, and expert advice. After an official welcome, participants will be divided into three rotating groups, each guided through 20-minute sessions featuring interactive activities and expert-led sessions designed to support musculoskeletal wellbeing.
Whether you're looking to improve mobility, prevent injury, or simply learn more about your body, there’s something for everyone.
