About this Event

CCE of Columbia-Greene is excited to offer a free hands-on cooking class for Columbia County community members. Participants will get to prepare a seasonal zucchini recipe, learn food preparation techniques, how to use selected equipment, and leave with a small air fryer to complete the selected recipe at home. This class is being held on September 27th from 12-1pm at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Hudson Office. Registration is required and is space is limited to 10 households (one air fryer per household), so sign up today!
