The Healthy Aging Fair is a free event where all are welcome to attend on Wednesday, October 8th from 1-4PM. Come early at 12pm for a Dementia Friends presentation.
We will have a presentation at 1pm on Bone Health, 2pm on Meal planning for 1 and 2 people, and a 3PM interactive Tai Chi demonstration.
Flu and COVID vaccinations will be available (bring your Medicare card), as well as several health and falls prevention screenings.
We will also have over 60 community organizations represented at the event.
