Healthy Ageing - Session 1: Serving sizes and label reading

Wollongong City Libraries are partnering with the NSW Government 'Stepping On' program to offer sessions about healthy eating, getting active and falls prevention.
Each session will cover learning about a different health topic online followed by an exercise circuit, finishing up with light refreshments.
This event is free and bookings are essential. Book in for one or all sessions.
