HealthJox - Mental Health & Sports Program
Hey there! Calling all Youth ages 6-17! Every Sunday from July 6th - September 28th.
Are you ready to boost your mental health through sports? Join us at HealthJox for a fun-filled FREE PROGRAM focusing on the powerful connection between physical activity and mental well-being. Our program will feature basketball and AirOdart clinics, interactive mental health workshops, group exercises, and expert talks to help you understand how sports can positively impact your mental health. Come to the Kings Bay Youth Organization sports facility @ 2670 Coyle St and let's kickstart your journey to a healthier mind and body together!
