Learn how to recognise mental health challenges, manage stress, and foster better communication within your team.
This 90-minute workshop is designed to align with SafeWork NSW's Code of Practice for psychosocial hazards and equips hospitality staff with practical tools to improve wellbeing and productivity.

In the fast-paced world of hospitality, mental health often takes a backseat. TheHealthier Hospitality program aims to change that by providing knowledge, tools, and resources to help your team thrive.
Created through collaboration with industry leaders, government bodies, and educational institutions, this workshop addresses real-world challenges faced by hospitality workers every day.
Delivered in an interactive, face-to-face format, the workshop covers:
