An 8-Session, Trauma-Informed Support Group for Healthcare Workers. Healthcare work asks a great deal of those who do it. This confidential support circle offers healthcare professionals a protected space to pause, reflect, connect with peers, and build practical tools for managing stress, burnout, and emotional fatigue. Through guided discussion, mindfulness, and gentle reflective practices, participants are supported in restoring balance, resilience, and meaning in their work.Who Can Attend: Healthcare professionals of any discipline, including nurses, physicians, therapists, social workers, technicians, aides, administrators, and more
What We’ll Explore
• Burnout awareness and early warning signs
• Stress management and grounding tools
• Emotional resilience, grief, and moral distress
• Work–life integration and healthy boundaries
• Peer support and communication
• Gratitude, purpose, and meaning in healthcare work
Sessions include guided reflection, mindfulness practices, optional journaling or creative exercises, and grounding rituals.

Facilitated By: Heather Brownlee, MSN, RN
With over 20 years of hospital-based and hospice nursing experience, Heather brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and compassion to her work with healthcare professionals. She holds a master’s degree in nursing education and has a special focus on fostering resilience, self-care, and emotional well-being in both new and experienced healthcare workers.
In addition to her nursing expertise, Heather is a certified Usui Reiki Level I and II practitioner and is currently pursuing certification as a grief counselor. Her approach blends mindfulness, reflective practice, and peer support, creating a safe, restorative space for healthcare professionals to pause, reflect, and reconnect with purpose in their work.
$15 Love Donation per session recommended or $100 for all 8 session
