Come join us at Starting Strength Columbus for a night dedicated to healthcare professionals! Whether you're a nurse, doctor, therapist, or other healthcare worker, this event is for you. Dr. Megan Yeh will discuss why strength training is beneficial for everyone and the case for the Starting Strength method of training. She'll highlight how to help patients fight frailty and improve their metabolic health while also touching on the trending topic of GLP-1 agonists. Our coaches will be on hand to teach some of the basic barbell lifts as well so come ready to participate.
