Katherine Andersen joined HSBC in April 2023 to lead U.S. Life Science & Healthcare for HSBC's new global division dedicated to serving the innovation ecosystem, HSBC Innovation Banking. HSBC Innovation Banking serves companies across Tech, and Life Science & Healthcare at all stages. Before HSBC, Katherine was the Head of Life Science & Healthcare at SVB.
Carl Berke, PhD, Partner,
Carl Berke, PhD, is a Partner at Mass General Brigham Ventures and has more than 25 years of experience in the practice and management of innovation to bring new technologies from lab to market. He has been an active private equity investor as a member of Angel Healthcare Investors LLC and is a founder of Mass Medical Angels (MA2). Carl holds board roles at InStride Health, Pykus Therapeutics, and SeQure Dx. He is also a Board observer for Rippl Care, Tuesday Health, CardioSight, and Lyndra Therapeutics.
Kristen Craft, Vice President of Business Partnerships,
Kristen Craft brings deep startup roots to her role as V.P. of Business Partnerships at Fidelity. In this role, she's building Fidelity's startup engagement platform, supporting founders and investors with equity management tools, fundraising strategy, and go-to-market best practices. Prior to Fidelity, Kristen was a founder herself and then a longtime startup operator.
Ari Fine Glantz, Executive Director,
Ari Fine Glantz is the Executive Director of the New England Venture Capital Association, where he works with the region's venture capital leaders to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and prosperous innovation ecosystem. In Ari's ten years with the NEVCA, the organization has grown its membership, expanded its legislative impact, and launched successful programs and initiatives in diversity, workforce development, and regional brand.
