Hello Monmouth County Partners!
The Health Improvement Coalition of Monmouth County (HICMC) is welcoming all community partners throughout the county to discuss the findings from the 2024 Community Health Needs Assessment and help shape the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) for Monmouth County Public Health.
We are actively seeking your participation, ideas and feedback to work together towards improving the quality of life for everyone in Monmouth County. We are looking for your ideas, input and participation towards a Public Health Improvement Plan for Monmouth County. We are so appreciative of the ways in which many of you have already contributed to this process!
All this information will be shared with you to facilitate discussion towards a collaborative plan for collective action for Monmouth County. Please come and make sure your voice is heard!
Attendees will include diverse representation from throughout Monmouth County including, local, and regional public health departments; health and human service providers; social, civic, and faith-based representatives; neighborhood leaders; advocates, planners, and policy makers; community champions and residents.
Space is limited and registration is free! Arrive hungry - breakfast will be served! Breakfast and registration will begin at 8:30am. The program will begin at 9am.
