This is where you'll have an opportunity to learn mingle eat and meet with a professional health coach (holistic kinesiologist) for a free consultation. If you or someone you know have wanted to be introduced to healthy living and a holistic lifestyle now is the time! At this Health Hangout we will go over the issues of having an unbalanced pH. Why is a healthy pH important? When imbalanced it causes weight gain mood swings/disorders and chronic health diseases like acidosis blood sugar issues and inflammation illnesses.
