Want a healthier spin on Goth Night?
Join Crystal for an hour of an all levels yoga to the sounds of New Wave, Dark Wave + Post-Punk! Then stay to drink a beer (or two!) and mingle. Bring your friends!
This will be all levels class held inside the Atlas Brew Works in Ivy City! Crystal of Health Goth Yoga's mission as a latina punk that's been both practicing yoga and going to shows for over 15 years is to make yoga accessible for BIPOC, queer folks and alternative misfits who don't feel like they fit in at traditional yoga studios.
We'll flow to a curated playlist to the sound of Joy Division, Depeche Mode, Boy Harsher and MORE! No props will be needed except a mat. It will start slow and build. Expect to Sweat, Deeply Stretch and Surrender into a Savasana.
