Health Extension for Diabetes at the Blountville branch library

If you have been diagnosed with Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes please join us on Wednesdays at noon at the Blountville branch of the Sullivan County Public Library. The UT Extension office will help attendees learn to manage their condition through education, resources and ongoing support. Attendees will receive tangible tools to help them manage their diabetes. This course will continue for 6 sessions bi-weekly. Please register for the course by January 10th, in person at the Blountville branch library, by phone or online through the link under the discussion tab.
